What's EWOT?
Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) is a non-invasive approach combining physical exercise with inhalation of high-concentration oxygen, typically 90–95% FiO₂ via a reservoir bag and mask. Developed from Dr. Manfred von Ardenne’s Oxygen Multi-Step Therapy in the 1970s, EWOT is now used in wellness centers, athletic facilities, and home protocols. The principle is simple yet impactful: exercising while breathing concentrated oxygen enhances oxygen transport, microcirculation, and mitochondrial energy production. This dual stimulus—hemodynamic from exercise and biochemical from oxygen loading—produces a synergistic effect, amplifying physiological benefits beyond what exercise or oxygen therapy alone can achieve..
Why EWOT?
Oxygen is essential for energy, acting as the final electron acceptor in mitochondria to produce ATP, the body’s energy currency. Even with~98% hemoglobin saturation, tissue oxygen delivery can be limited by circulation issues. Modern lifestyles further reduce oxygen use:
- Sedentary behavior: lowers cardiovascular fitness and capillary density
- Aging: causes endothelial dysfunction and microvascular loss
- Chronic disease: diabetes, obesity, and heart disease impair oxygen delivery
- Environmental stress: pollution, poor sleep, and stress increase oxidative imbalance
Dr. von Ardenne noted that chronic tissue hypoxia may drive aging and disease, making improved oxygen delivery a key target.
How O3FY 20-Min HyperMax Works?
Exercise With Oxygen Therapy(EWOT) is designed for individuals over 35 seeking an efficient alternative to traditional workouts. In just 15–20 minutes, this low-effort, high-impact session integrates moderate physical activity with oxygen-enriched breathing, resulting in enhanced circulation and improved cellular metabolism.
Scientific evidence suggests EWOT may increase tissue oxygenation and ATP production, improve endothelial function and circulation, enhance endurance and recovery, support metabolic health, modulate oxidative stress, and promote better sleep, mood, and cognitive function. This makes EWOT a safe and effective approach to optimizing cardio-respiratory and overall health.
The Oxygen Advantage
Measure face before ordering
HyperMax Oxygen System comes with an Oxygen Mask but additional masks can be bought seperately.
Flow Control System
1 set of weights is included with the purchase of the HyperMax Oxygen system.
Intended for beginners and deconditioned users, Flow Control allows the user to slowly decrease the flow of oxygen until they are strong enough to remove the system. With Flow Control installed, it will be much easier to breathe because Oxygen will flow at a higher rate. As you progress and get stronger, you can remove two weights at a time until you have completely removed the training wheels.
4 weighted pouches attach to the four corners of the reservoir allowing for two levels of increased flow for beginners.
Use two weights at opposing corners for level 1.
Use all four weights for level 2 flow.
Some kind words.

Frequently asked questions
-
EWOT (Exercise With Oxygen Therapy) is breathing high-concentration oxygen — up to about 93% — through a mask while doing light exercise, usually for 15–20 minutes. Instead of the ~21% oxygen in normal air, you inhale far more during the window your body can use it best, to support energy, recovery and circulation.
-
EWOT stands for Exercise With Oxygen Therapy. It simply means exercising — a gentle treadmill walk or easy cycle — while breathing oxygen-enriched air from a reservoir bag through a mask.
-
Exercise raises your heart rate and opens up circulation, so more blood flows to your muscles and tissues. Breathing concentrated oxygen at that exact moment increases the oxygen delivered to those tissues — more than exercise or oxygen could achieve on their own. A 20-minute session is enough to feel it.
-
Yes. EWOT was pioneered by German physician Dr. Manfred von Ardenne in the 1970s, who studied how combining exercise with supplemental oxygen affected circulation and tissue oxygenation. It has been used as a wellness practice for decades. O3FY positions it honestly as a wellness protocol with reported benefits — not a medical cure.

An oxygen bar gives you a light whiff of oxygen at rest. HBOT delivers oxygen at rest inside a pressurised chamber for 60–90 minutes. EWOT is different: you breathe up to 93% oxygen while exercising, so your own boosted circulation carries it deeper — in just 15–20 active minutes.
