O3FY Wellness Return & Refund Policy

At O3FY Wellness, we are committed to providing you with high-quality wellness products that support your health and well-being. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in its original condition as received, unopened, and unused.
  • Retain its original packaging, including any seals or labels.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@botsnbrains.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
